Drafts never publish themselves
Status moves in order: draft → review → your approval → approved → scheduled → published. Calling the API directly cannot publish an unapproved version.
Step 06 runs several channels in parallel after onboarding. Every channel must pass step 07 before anything is published.
| Step | Stage · Owner | Inputs required | Acceptance checkpoint |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Enquiry intake | Business name, industry, location, contact channel, consent to data processing | Request ID, source, consultation slot, reply within the agreed SLA |
| 02 | Audit & market research | Website, current channels, current figures, competitors, target visitor markets | Dated audit report; measured figures kept separate from opinion |
| 03 | Marketing plan | Goals, target visitors, budget, the venue's capacity to serve | Channels, schedule, budget, assumptions, KPIs, approver — AI decides nothing |
| 04 | Quote & contract | Approved plan, scope of work, third-party costs | Contract, SLA, acceptance milestones, deposit; work starts only after scope is agreed |
| 05 | Onboarding & access | Photos, prices, services, channel admin rights, domain | Accounts in your business's name, 2FA, asset list, least-privilege access |
| 06 | Production per channel | Brief per module, data you have confirmed | Drafts, designs, post schedule, configuration — each with an owner and version |
| 07 | Review & approval | Complete version, evidence, sponsorship labels, AI-content labels | Facts correct, rights cleared, labels in place, tracking working; you sign off |
| 08 | Publishing & operations | Approved versions only; valid accounts | Live link, time, who published; channels without an API are posted manually with proof |
| 09 | Leads, bookings & care | Messages, forms, bookings, reviews, complaints | Leads, bookings, visits and payments tracked separately |
| 10 | Reporting & renewal | Costs, KPIs, bookings, invoices | Compared with baseline; data quality stated; next-month proposal |

Become manual publishing tasks. Staff publish and submit the link plus a screenshot as proof. No bots that bypass verification.
Reach, qualified leads, bookings, visits and revenue are reported separately. Without a revenue source we write “unknown” and do not calculate ROI.
