Do you guarantee top rankings on Naver or Google?
No. Nobody controls Naver's or Google's rankings. We commit to clear deliverables (posts, links, profiles, tracking) and report measured results.
Do you sell follower packages or reviews?
No. Fake followers and bought reviews damage accounts, break platform rules and bring no guests. We measure relevant followers, leads and bookings.
Do blogger/KOC posts need an advertising label?
Yes. Since 1 January 2026, Vietnam's amended Advertising Law (75/2025/QH15) requires paid influencers to disclose advertising and label sponsorship. We only accept posts with correct labels.
What does AI do in your process?
AI drafts content, suggests review replies and makes rough translations. Editors check it and you approve. AI never publishes, changes prices or replies to guests on its own. AI images or video that could pass as real are labelled.
Whose name are the Google, Naver and Facebook accounts in?
Your business's. We are added as managers through the platforms' invite features and never ask for passwords. When the contract ends, you remove our access.
How long until we see results?
A Google profile and landing page usually go live in 2–4 weeks. Results in guests and revenue need at least a month of measurement against the baseline. We do not promise numbers before we have that baseline.
Does the price include advertising costs?
No. Our fee is separate from ad budget, blogger/KOC fees, domain, hosting and payment gateway fees. The quote lists each item.
Where do you work?
We work remotely with businesses across Vietnam. For blogger visits and in-store QR, scheduling depends on your location.
How is my guests' data handled?
We collect only what is needed, with consent where required, under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP. Your guests can opt out of messages at any time.
